Beachcroft Residences 
(98 Beachcroft Avenue, Onehunga)

We consented this multi-unit apartment complex within the Special Housing Area in Onehunga, 9 of which are allocated as affordable units. Given the areas growth within recent times this complex is set to further activate the Onehunga basin area with its own built in cafe.

Shadows Bar 
(The University of Auckland)

For all those AU Alumni out there, you’ll be pleased to know the beloved Shadows Bar is alive and thriving! We have recently organised their liquor licence renewal for them. We even went and had a beer there for old times sake! The floor area has significantly increased since Hamish was at university but the same air of freedom exists.

Nespresso On The Go 
(22 Queen Street, Auckland Central)

We have been involved in Nespresso’s central Auckland transformation since consenting the fit out of the Central Boutique in the heritage listed Dilworth Building. Earlier this year we worked with them again to gain building consent for the fit out of a window coffee shop in the same location.

The Vulcan 
(1 Halsey Street, Auckland Central)

Late last year we lodged consent for a new apartment building opposite Victoria Park in one of the most up and coming areas of central Auckland. An easy walk to Wynyard Quarter, Westhaven Marina, the CBD and Ponsonby we’re incredibly proud to be involved in this iconic project.

ASB Tennis Arena
(1 Tennis Lane)

As the only international tennis arena in New Zealand, the ASB Arena is long overdue for a makeover, with some of the stands being in place since 1950. There was a concerted team effort by all parties to achieve the consent. Considerable consultation occurred with Iwi, the Domain Committee, NZTA and Auckland Transport.

BP Connect Greenlane East
(93-97 Greenlane East and 55 Ohinerau Street, Remuera)

After BP purchased this site following an open public tender, MHG worked with a myriad of consultants to apply for a fully notified consent to allow a full scale service station on this residentially zoned site.

Hopetoun Residences
(15 Hopetoun Road)

Converted from an old office building, 15 Hopetoun Road has since won “Arrow International Multi-Unit Residential Property of the Year” at the 2016 NZ Property Council Awards. Working alongside one of our long time clients, Tawera Group, the Hopetoun Residences have earned their place as one of the City fringes most celebrated apartment buildings.

Jump Trampoline World
(6-10 Jomac Place, Avondale)

JUMP is Auckland’s premier indoor trampoline Park. From dodgeball to a 50m x 50m trampoline and foam pits there is fun for the whole family. There are now three locations in Auckland, all of which MHG worked on to obtain Resource Consent.

McKenzie’s Arcade
(21 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna)

Mt Hobson Group helped the McKenzie’s build obtain its resource consent. McKenzie’s Arcade is currently home to some great bars, eateries, and retail stores.

Queens Residences
(17 Wakefield Street, Auckland Central)

We worked with Conrad Properties and Leushke Group Architects to bring Central Auckland this contemporary and vibrant ‘vertical village’.

Tiny Tui Early Learning Centre
(27 Lunn Avenue, Mt Wellington)

Located in a residential zone, this 1214m2 site would normally only cater for 50 children as per the district plan. However, we helped obtain resource consent giving Tiny Tui’s capacity for a hundred kids! This was achieved by adding underground parking and strategic location of the outdoor areas and separation of the various age groups.

Sachie’s Kitchen
(Axis Building, 91 St. George’s Bay Rd, Parnell)

Mt Hobson Group helped Sachie’s Kitchen with building and resource consents, as well as its liquor licencing. We can also be seen dining and cooking up some great Asian cuisine in the fun and festive atmosphere!

RA Johnstone & Co. and Pacer Car Clean Products
(33 Har Crescent, Wiri)

Mt Hobson Group helped RA/Pacer obtain its resource and building consents for chemical storage and manufacture. RA/Pacer has not only complied with all council regulations, but has exceeded competitors with advances in green technologies and practices!

Nespresso Retail Building
(203 Broadway, Newmarket)

MHG helped Nespresso obtain its resource and building consents for what is a beautiful heritage restoration. Nespresso is a progressive coffee shop known for its commitment to the environment. This build perfectly suits Nespresso’s style.

The “Heards” Building
(164 Parnell Rd, Parnell)

MHG helped The Heards Building obtain a resource consent for a mixed use heritage refurbishment with retail, office space, apartments and car parks.

The White House
(23 Logan Terrace, Parnell, Auckland)

MHG assisted with this two level heritage restoration on the cliff tops of Hobson Bay.

One Health
(122 Remuera Rd, Remuera, Auckland)

A 2000m2, 83 Carpark, purpose built comprehensive medical and health care facility.

Retail and Residential Building
(221 Ponsonby Road, Ponsonby)

MHG was able to work alongside the site owner to obtain resource consent for a now complete modern building containing two new retail units and three residential units that front the street.

Apartment Building
(17-19 St Benedicts Street, Eden Terrace)

MHG gained resource consent for this 20 unit Apartment Building. The building exceeded the maximum height and GFA for the zone and was processed on a non-notified basis.
