Hamish has extensive commercial, industrial and residential resource management experience. As Director, Hamish does a lot of work within the community. He often speaks to various organisations sharing his planning knowledge and getting to know potential clients.

Mark Benjamin
Mark has comprehensive experience in consenting mixed-use developments, intensive residential developments, and rural and urban subdivisions. He has good working relationships with key Council staff and the wider property consulting industry.

Daniel Coppell
Daniel graduated from Auckland University with a Bachelors in Science majoring in Geography. He first got into town planning in Hawke’s Bay region and has recently moved back up to Auckland to further pursue the field. Daniel has a mixture of experience in various areas of planning from rural farm parks to simple two lot subdivision.

Samprita Patel
Samprita has recently completed her Bachelor of Applied Management. She is keen to learn new things about various industries. Her role at Mt Hobson Group is to help Hamish and the team with daily tasks and ensure smooth running of the administration. She handles general office duties including chasing Auckland council and manages marketing for MHG on various media platforms.
